1 Introduction

5 Withdrawals

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, 4566bd's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 4566bd account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date the relevant claim arose.

13 Termination

4566bd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• 4566bd is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, 4566bd will return any verified real-money balance held in your account, less any amounts owed to 4566bd, provided that no fraud investigation is ongoing and no legal obligation prevents such a return. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon termination where a breach of these Terms has been established.

14 Governing Law
